Reggae ambassador Etana has announced the release of her new album, ' The Ganja Collection', a soulful seven-track tribute to the sacred herb, roots reggae and Jamaican culture.

Building on the success of her 2019 anthem, Ganja Lovers, Etana's newest project explores the herb's spiritual, medicinal, and cultural significance, delivered through her signature raw soul vocals layered over rich roots reggae instrumentation, deep basslines, and uplifting melodies that capture the unmistakable irie essence of the genre.

Among the album's defining moments is the debut collaboration between Etana and her son, Yosa Malago, on the track Good Draw, a first-time musical pairing that brings a powerful and intimate dimension to the project.

The album, produced by via Freemind Music Records, dropped on April 20, a day referred to as 420 by cannabis enthusiasts worldwide.

"420 is the unofficial cultural holiday for marijuana lovers around the world. It's a day for activism, for education, and for awareness about the medicinal uses of the herb -- and that's what inspired this album," said Etana.

She continued: "Ganja is not just a plant in Jamaica -- it is part of our heritage, our healing, and our resistance. This album is a love letter to the herb and the culture that raised me."

In addition to Good Draw, the album contains the tracks Sensemilla, Gimmi Di Weed, Sweet Marijuana, Mt Zion (featuring Cold Fever), High Grade Dub, and Good Draw.
