'Papa' wanted for the murder of taxi man in St Andrew
The St Andrew North police are searching for Kenroy Willis, also known as 'Papa', who is wanted in connection with the murder of a taxi operator in the parish.
Investigators say Willis is also being sought in relation to three other murders that are currently under investigation.
Police said Willis is being urged to report immediately to the nearest police station as investigators intensify efforts to bring him into custody.
According to the police, Willis is wanted for the murder of 49-year-old taxi operator Verne Ewan Joseph along the Essex Hall main road on October 26, 2024.
Investigators have appealed to Willis to surrender peacefully, noting that he may report to any police station, accompanied by an attorney, pastor, Justice of the Peace, or a relative.
Members of the public with information that can assist the investigation are being asked to contact the Constant Spring Criminal Investigation Branch, Crime Stop at 311, or the nearest police station.
